Starting as a nail technician in Dubai in 2014, Manjita’s passion for excellence propelled her to pursue advanced training from renowned Russian educators and international nail trainers. Through dedication and perseverance, she ascended the ranks from floor in-charge to salon manager, ultimately transitioning to a role as a nail trainer with Gelish Harmony, a leading American nail company known for its high-quality gel polish products in 2019.
Manjita’s journey continued as she sought to expand her horizons in the nail industry, leading her to Victoria Vynn Dubai, UAE in 2021. Following rigorous training and certification, she emerged as an international nail trainer, representing Victoria Vynn in GCC countries and Europe. Her expertise and insights are invaluable assets to students at Nails Academia, where she shares her wealth of knowledge and experience of more than 10 years in the beauty industry of Dubai and GCC countries to nurture the next generation of nail artists.
The Nail Technician Course at Nails Academia spans 60 days, with an additional 30-day support program tailored to assist students in need. Classes run from 10 am to 5 pm daily, providing comprehensive coverage of nail anatomy, skin and nail diseases, product chemistry, client management, sales techniques, and nail technician interview preparation.

In line with its commitment to social responsibility, Nails Academia offers a 100% scholarship on nail training to one deserving candidate each semester. Eligible applicants include individuals who have lost a spouse to foreign employment or orphaned individuals without familial support, with a minimum educational requirement of School Leaving Certification (SLC) from an English medium background.
